Dr. Klasko presents an overview of the book, which describes visually how healthcare will need to join the consumer revolution, select physicians based on empathy and not memorization and close the disparity gap, where a person’s zip code is more important than their genetic code when it comes to their long term health and well being.

Today, we admit students into medical school based on their ability to memorize complex chemistry equations and we wonder why they’re not more empathetic and understanding.
